Fuelled by years of dedicated research, their proprietary technology and refined processes set them apart, enabling the utilisation of an impressive 90% recycled PVC content in their product line.
Once the plastic has been separated from the blister packs, it is held in bulk bags until a full load is ready for Pharmacycle to transport this to Think Fencing’s facility in Portarlington.
The material is analysed with equipment developed by Think Fencing and the CSIRO to evaluate its heat stability and specific properties.
From here the material is blended with specific additives to modify its properties for use in the final product, such as Decking or Fencing.
